QUESTIONS and CORRESPONDENCE
We have many events throughout the year, which keeps us pretty busy.
In order to devote the time needed to answer all correspondence we have set aside Monday as the day to catch up.

Inside Tent
For safety and insurance reasons we prohibit open flame in the tents.
Please be mindful of the grass
A great deal of time and care goes into making the venue landscaping lush and groomed, please be cautious of vegetation and grass by only driving on designated areas on Wilmington and disposing of trash in dedicated bins.
Room to Dance
We allow dance floors to be installed by professional vendors. Please speak with us prior to delivery and installation.
Electricity is located to the far right of the tent for DJ's or Bands.
ALCOHOL
We do not provide alcohol service.
If you would like to provide alcohol at your event you are REQUIRED to have a licensed, insured professional bar service with state licensed bar tenders in attendance the entire time that alcohol is present. Your chosen bar service must be approved by us and must have current state certification and include us on their insurance.
You must also have day of event insurance naming Wilmington Wedding Venue as an additional insured. Credentials are REQUIRED 2 weeks prior to event, insurance certificate is REQUIRED 30 days prior to event.
Alcohol service must end at 9:30 p.m.
We reserve the right to stop alcohol service if it is deemed necessary.
VENDOR INFO
We have provided a dedicated driveway for professional vendors. Please speak with us prior to delivery and installation.
Electricity is located to the far right of the tent for DJ's or Bands.
The driveway is strictly for loading and unloading, parking for the bridal party and vendors is in the first driveway off Dartmoor. Guest parking is off Wilmington.
